Emma is the founder of NeuroKind Careers Ltd and has spent over 8 years supporting neurodivergent individuals through inclusion, wellbeing and employability support.

Driven by both passion and lived understanding, Emma created NeuroKind Careers to provide safe, empowering and neurodiversity-informed support that helps people build confidence, recognise their strengths and access meaningful opportunities.

Emma is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel understood, valued and supported to thrive on their own terms.
