What is neurodiversity coaching?

It's identity-affirming, strength-led coaching delivered by practitioners who understand neurodivergent brains. We don't try to make you 'less ADHD' or 'more neurotypical' — we help you build a life and career that fits how you actually think.

Do you support Access to Work applications?

Yes. We help you prepare a strong Access to Work application, plan your assessment and put recommended adjustments in place. Many of our clients are reimbursed for our coaching through their Access to Work grant.

How long is each session?

Most one-to-one sessions are 60 minutes. Shorter 30-minute check-ins and longer 90-minute deep dives are available depending on the programme. Sessions can be split across the day if that suits your energy better.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes — sessions are delivered online by default, anywhere in the UK. We also offer in-person sessions across the North West and London on request.

Do you work with employers?

We do. We run inclusive-hiring audits, manager training, neurodivergent employee resource group consultations and one-to-one workplace support. Get in touch for an employer pack.

Can parents or carers contact you?

Absolutely. We often work with parents and carers of neurodivergent young adults navigating their first career steps. We'll always centre the young person's voice and consent.

Do you provide workplace adjustment guidance?

Yes — this is one of our core services. We help with disclosure scripts, adjustment requests, manager conversations and policy-level negotiation.
